TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2017
Reservations must be made by telephone at 242-9432 or E-mail to: email@example.com. Phone reservations must be confirmed by mail.
In case of passengers or groups considered under the mode of EXPORT SERVICES (in accordance with D.S. 122-2001-EF and D.L. 919), this fact must be mentioned since the first contact.
All confirmations, reconfirmations and cancellations must have Casa Suyay conformity to be considered as valid.
In case of individual passengers (FIT), once the reservation is confirmed and accepted, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee in case of NO SHOW.
If a credit card is not available, a deposit corresponding to the value of the first night plus taxes will be requested before arrival. This payment must be deposited in the bank account of Casa Suyay at least 2 days before check-in date.
As for groups*, once the reservation is accepted, 50% of the total booking amount must be deposited in Casa Suyay bank account.
The remaining 50% must be deposited 30 or more days before the passengers’ arrival, and the corresponding rooming list should be sent via E-mail.
Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the total cancellation of the reservation, even if it has previously been reconfirmed.
Reconfirmations must be sent at least 30 days before the group’s arrival together with a minimum of 50% of the preliminary rooming list.
If this deadline is not met, the reservation will be cancelled.
The final list of passengers must be sent at least 15 days before arrival.
Casa Suyay bank accounts are as follows:

Cancellations will be considered valid only after a response document by Casa Suyay has been received by the client
If cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. In this case, a total charge of 2% for ITF (tax on financial transactions) and administrative expenses will be made.
For groups*, if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the first night rate will be charged (No-Show policy).
For individual passengers, if cancellation is made less than 48 hours of the arrival date, No-Show policy will be applied, this is, 100% of the rate for the first night.
No penalty will be charged only when groups* and / or individual passengers are not able to check-in on the reserved date due to force majeure reasons, which must be demonstrated either by the agency or the client.
(*)”Group” refers to a group of passengers traveling together and occupying more than 4 rooms.
4. CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children under 3 years old can share the room with their parents. Maximum one child per room. Does not include meals.

Casa Suyay has 31 modern rooms equipped with 32 “LED TV with cable signal, private bathroom, anti-allergic laminate flooring, electronic safety box, free WIFI Internet, international and national direct dial.

- Buffet breakfast Included in the room rate
- Free WIFI in rooms and different areas of the hotel
- Electronic safety boxes in all rooms
- Computer for the use of passengers with Internet connection (Free first 15 minutes, then $ 3.00 USD every 15 additional minutes)
